The Riptide Movement reaches Tullamore

They've been described as 'the most defiant young band in aeons' by Hot Press and 'magnificent and raw' by the Irish Times. Right now The Riptide Movement is getting lots of attention thanks in part to Amy Huberman starring in the video for their latest single 'All Works Out'. With or without Huberman the band have got the goods however, and this Saturday you can see just how good they are when they perform in Hugh Lynch's in Tullamore.

The Dublin-based Riptide Movement are renowned for their live shows and have filled venues and rocked out festivals in countries including Germany, Russia, France, India and the UK.

The band has in the past supported Bon Jovi and Bob Dylan, but they can stand on their own feet as well - selling out their first Olympia Theatre headliner in Dublin last November.

You don't have to go as far as Dublin to catch them though. They perform at Hugh Lynch's on Tullamore's Kilbride Street on Saturday, May 3.
