Miss Ireland scouts are searching for an Offaly girl with beauty, poise and personality to take part in the forthcoming Miss Ireland 2010 competition.

The winner will represent the popular Beauty All Ways Beauty and Hair Salon on JKL Street in Edenderry to celebrate the launch of this new beauty and hair emporium.

Miss Ireland has always been the most coveted crown in Ireland and former Miss Irelands have enjoyed hugely successful careers in modeling, entertainment, TV presenting, acting and business.

Former Miss Irelands such as Michelle Rocca, Siobhan McClafferty, Olivia Tracey and Andrea Roche made it to the top ten finalists in Miss World during their respective reign and Ireland has always been a force to be reckoned with on the world stage.

Sandra Mahady, proprietor of Beauty All Ways said: "We are thrilled to take part in Miss Ireland this year and the search is now on to find a girl that best represents all that we stand for.

"We moved to much larger premises just three months ago and joined forces with Mary Kelly from Hair Cut 100 so now we have a one stop venue for pure pampering and indulgence!"

Beauty All Ways are now calling for entries to the popular competition.

Entrants just simply need to email a photograph and contact details to Beautyallways@gmail.com or hand deliver to Beauty All Ways, 10 JLK Street, Edenderry.

Heats have commenced all over the country and are running throughout the summer months to find contestants from each county to compete for the coveted Miss Ireland Crown.

On September 18th, Miss Ireland will be presented at a formal black-tie ceremony at the D4 Berkeley Court Hotel. This ceremony is anticipated to be one of the most impressive events of the year with celebrity judges and hosts, a champagne reception, five-course meal, celebrity guest stars and a sparkling highly choreographed show.

The winner of Miss Ireland 2010 will receive a lucrative modelling contract and a host of prizes including diamonds, beauty and hair products and a stunning wardrobe.

Miss Ireland 2010 will then go to China at the end of the year to represent her Country in the Miss World Pageant.

Previously, Roseanna Davidson was chosen as Miss World having taken the Miss Ireland crown.
