Tullamore youth enjoy St Mary's summer camps

St. Mary's Youth and Community Centre Summer Camps drew to an end after an amazing three weeks of fun-filled activities.

A total of 217 young people from the Tullamore community took part in the Summer Camps.

The Summer Camps were broken into three groups: Post Primary Summer Camp for young people in secondary school; 10-12 Summer Camp for Children aged 10-12 and 7-9 Summer Camp for children ages 7 to 9 years old.

This year all the young people took part in a number of activities: day trips to Tramore, Fort Lucan and Clara Lara, Swimming, Cinema, Bowling, Nature Walks, Mural Art Work, Baking, Arts and Crafts, Tour of the Fire Station, Sports day, Game workshops and various sports and overnight in Charleville Castle and lots more.
