Murdered Edenderry man to be laid to rest today

Thomas Dooley will be laid to rest after funeral Mass in St Mary's Church in Edenderry at noon today.

Edenderry murder victim Thomas (Toddy) Dooley is to be laid to rest today.

The body of 64-year-old Mr Dooley will be removed from Larkin's funeral home in Edenderry to St Mary's Church at 11.30am this morning (Thursday) for Funeral Mass at noon.

Burial will take place afterwards in St Mary's Cemetery.

Mr Dooley's body was discovered at his home on Sister Senan Court in Edenderry last Sunday afternoon.

Gardai have since launched a murder investigation.
