Met Éireann has issued a status yellow rainfall warning for Leinster.

The warning was issued for this evening(Monday) and will remain in place until Tuesday at 7pm.

Met Éireann stated 'heavy rain or showers will lead to rainfall accumulations of up to 35mm during tonight and tomorrow.'
