Fairyhouse has lost another day of action due to the weather.

Racing at the track which was scheduled for today has been abandoned following the severe frost in Meath last night.

The frost last night has left the track unraceable following a second inspection this morning at 10.30.

Fairyhouse officials also lost the meeting on Friday, 1st January, the traditional New Year's day action.

That was due to torrential rain which left the track waterlogged.
