Nina Carberry made it a winning return after she took the final race at Downpatrick on Wednesday.

Sidelined after she sustained a foot injury at Leopardstown last month, the popular Meath jockey won the bumper for Noel Meade with the impressive Jim Bowie.

The victory completed a first and last race double for trainer Noel Meade who won the opener with Gloonan Hill which was ridden by Timmy Carroll.

Carroll hit the front before the second last and held off the challenge of 2/1 favourite Mary's Little Vic.
