Offaly champions Drumcullen traveled to Kildare to take on St Lawrence's in the Leinster Championship and unfortunately lost out by the narrowest of margins after extra time. The Drumcullen girls gave it everything and were very disappointed at the final whistle. The game was played in perfect conditions and it was a very tough game and both teams played some excellent camogie. It's a pity that Drumcullen couldn't reach the final and it would have been another huge boost for Offaly camogie. Final score: Drumcullen 1-15 St Lawrences 3-10. The Kildare champions now take on The Harps of Laois in the final.

Kinnitty overcome K/K

Lusmagh was the venue for the Senior B Final between Kinitty and Kilcormac/Killoughey. This was always going to be a close game and it turned out to be a tough and exciting game.

Kinnitty picked off some nice scores in the opening ten minutes, but K/K kept in touch with well taken frees and at half time there was very little between them.

Kinnitty had chances in front of goal but failed to take them and K/K nearly snatched a winner late on in the game but it was Kinnitty who held out for a two point victory in a low scoring final.

Final score: Kinnitty 0-6 Kilcormac/Killoughey 0-4.
