Meath 2-15 Wicklow 0-6

Meath captured the Leinster VEC inter-county SFC title for the fourth year in-a-row at Parnell Park, Dublin today.

The Royal County survived a stern Wicklow test in the opening quarter and were ahead by 1-6 to 0-2 at the interval.

A crucial save by Conor McHugh after 10 minutes was vital.

Meath dictated the second-half and can now look forward to an All-Ireland semi-final against the Munster champions in a fortnight.

Portlaoise is a likely venue - that is not confirmed.
