Exciting doubles finals at Tullamore Tennis Club

The finals of the doubles competition took place recently with the following results - Women Group A: Bernie McArdle & Mary Mulvihill bt. Joy Cox & Brid Maher 6/4, 1/6, 6/3; Women Group B: Barbara Hynes & Irene Griako bt. Stephanie A. Armitage & Cathy Lyons 6/2 0/6 7/6 (3); Men Group A: Paul Flanagan & Craig Murray bt. Derrick Cleary & Martin Moran 4/6 6/1 6/1; Men Group B: Joe Flanagan & Fr. Padraig Corcoran bt. Nikolais Selonous & Johnnie Brady 7/5 6/4. The presentation of prizes took place in the clubhouse afterwards, followed by the Club Christmas party.

Upcoming Tennis

Monday nights and Thursday nights tennis continues from 8pm.

New to the calendar is a Ladies and Mens tennis nights taking place on Tuesdays (Ladies) and Wednesdays (Men's). These will start shortly.
