Kilbeggan Races to feature Family Fun Day and Knighthood Festival

 

Kilbeggan Races is on this Bank Holiday Sunday, June 2 - starting at 2.50pm -and for once, all weather forecasts indicate that there will be fine weather.

This is the ideal meeting to attend for all comers and all ages with just the right amount of activities taking place.

The Kilbeggan Knighthood Festival is taking place from Friday, May 31 to Sunday, June 2 when it will culminate in the arrival of the new Lord & Lady to the races and 18th century outfits of the gentry and peasants will mingle in the crowd.

FreshRe and Na Fianna will provide live Entertainment in the sunshine plus the Voice of Ireland’s John Gaughan will make a special guest appearance. The place will be hopping in the heat with competitions and giveaways on the day.

 

 

It is also Family Fun Day with a Family Discount Package of €20 for two adults and two children under 18. All the entertainment is then free for children including bouncing castle, large super slide, obstacle course, a great two hour magic show, colouring competition, face painting, Mickey Mouse & much more. Come early and enjoy the fun at your ease.
