Owner of Kerrygold brand, Ornua, launches 2023 Graduate Programme

Ornua, proud owner of the iconic Kerrygold brand has launched its search for the organisation’s next generation of leaders with its 2023 Graduate Programme.

Commencing in September 2023, the Ornua Graduate Programme has been specifically designed to equip high-performing graduates with the business skills and experience needed to excel in one of Ireland’s leading international food businesses.

The programme, which is now welcoming applications, is seeking applicants for a range of permanent roles across key business functions including: ICT; Sales and Marketing; Supply Chain and Logistics; Manufacturing and Engineering; Finance; Commercial; and Operations.

Successful applicants will have the unique opportunity to develop their careers by gaining international experience, with positions offered in Germany, Nigeria, Spain, the UK, and the US, as well as Ireland.

As part of the programme, successful candidates will benefit from guided mentorship from senior leaders within the business. Several of the co-op’s current senior leaders including John Jordan, CEO of Ornua, began their careers with Ornua as graduates.

Candidates on the programme will also participate in continued professional development through a mix of structured classroom training and self-directed learning modules.

The Ornua Graduate Programme is accepting applications until Friday, October 2022, with successful applicants taking up their position in autumn 2023.
