RTE's Ceili House to record in Tullamore to celebrate "The Brady Collection"

RTE’s Ceili House is to be recorded in Tullamore this weekend to celebrate the publication of a new book - “The Brady Collection” - about Offaly composer John Brady.

The new book, which includes John’s biography as well as photos, three CDs and 118 pieces of music by him, will be officially launched at a later date to be confirmed by Arts, Heritage and Gaeltacht Minister Jimmy Deenihan and Senator Labhras O Murchu.

This weekend’s RTE recording will take place in the Tullamore Court Hotel on Sunday, April 21 at 3pm, with those attending requested to be seated a half hour before that.
