Tullamore and Birr represented at Hennessy Best Dressed Lady 2013

Both Tullamore and Birr were represented in the finals of the Hennessy Best Dressed Lady 2013 earlier this month. Tullamore's Emma Rose Conroy and Birr's Sarah-Jane Loughnane both did themselves proud in the competition that takes place on the same day as the Hennessy Gold Cup in Dublin. The overall winner of the competition was named as Marisa Cheah from Fermanagh. The eventual winner of the Hennessy Best Dressed Lady 2013 title wore a hat, dress and fur shawl from a Banbridge boutique. Emma Rose wore a Karen Millen skirt with a customised cape she bought in a vintage shop. She completed her look with a striking hat from Therapy in House of Frasier, along with a bag from Dunnes Stores that she customised herself. Meanwhile Sarah-Jane wore a Niamh Kelly hat along with a stunning dress and cape suit bought at Aria Boutique in Naas. Her look was topped off with shoes from Coast and a vintage bag borrowed from her mother. Speaking about the competition head judge and handbag designer Pauric Sweeney said choosing just one winner from the line-up of finalists was difficult.
