Clara's Ronan to launch new book

Charity worker and former Operation Transformation star Ronan Scully from Clara is to launch his new book “Time Out” in both Tullamore and Clara in the coming weeks.

The book that includes approximately 75 uplifting, motivating and spiritual thoughts and reflections is his second working with Galway photographer Andrew Downes, and proceeds from sales will go to two charities - Self Help Africa and Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.

“Time Out” will be launched in the Tullamore Court Hotel at 6pm on May 24, as well as in Ronan’s native Clara on May 25 at 2pm in Doc’s Bar.

“The book is a book of everyday reflections, spiritual thoughts and stories carrying messages of extraordinary power and positivity for all our lives,” Ronan said, describing his new tome.

The book will also include examples of his own life experiences, he added, and will give readers “hope for the future”. Four years ago Ronan brought out “Hold That Thought”, with 52 thoughts to carry readers through the year.

“Time Out” can be bought for €14.99 at its launches, as well as in Eason bookstores and online at Amazon and www.kennys.ie.
