Receiver appointed to Seadec

News broke this week that Ferbane based company Seadec has gone into receivership. Eamonn Richardson of KPMG was appointed receiver and manager of Seadec by Ulster Bank Ireland Limited last Friday, February 10.

Seadec, a company whose main product is real wood doors, is based in the Ferbance Business and Technology Park. Appointed receiver Eamonn Richardson said he's currently in the process of trying to sell the business and discussions are progressing with a number of parties.
