Paddy Rowland

Rowland is final Tullamore Town Council chair

Fianna Fail's Paddy Rowland will head up Tullamore Town Council for its last year in existence.

Cllr Rowland was voted into the role at the council's AGM, which was held yesterday evening (Thursday, June 20). The same meeting saw Fine Gael's Tommy McKeigue fill the role of vice-chair.

Cllr Rowland said the key piece of work for him over the coming months will be a successful transition to the proposed new local authority structure.
