Tullamore gardai investigating alleged abduction attempt

Gardai in Tullamore are continuing their investigations after a report of an alleged child abduction attempt yesterday evening (Thursday, January 2).

It's believed the alleged failed abduction attempt involved a young girl and took place at the Ballin Rí housing estate on the outskirts of Tullamore town.

No description of any person or vehicle involved in the alleged incident is available.
