Clara's Ronan Scully features in new Seo Linn video

Clara charity worker Ronan Scully features in this remarkable video of sensational band Seo Linn.

Last year Seo Linn clocked in over two million youtube hits in just over a week with their stunning Irish version of TG Lurgan V Avicii - Wake Me Up and a whirlwind winter of Tv appearances and international tour dates.

Now this week Seo Linn return with their debut single " Ar Scáth a Chéile".

Released just in time for Seachtain na Gaeilge " Ar Scáth a Chéile" is cracking pop song in any language bring traditional instrumentation to a stadium singalong chorus and A List radio melody. Recorded at Dublin's  Sun studios with James Darkin ( Rihanna, Fun Lovin Criminals), "Ar Scáth a Chéile" is a the product of Seo Linn's trip to Uganda with charity Self Help Africa, with whom Ronan Scully works, last year and all proceeds of the single will go to that charity. 

The video produced by Tree light cuts footage of the band's sell out gig at Dublin's Academy with a mini travelogue of the trip to Uganda and is on TG Lurgan's youtube channel.

Stiofán Ó Fearail joins Keith, Jenny, Daithí, Kevin, Conor and Cathal as part of a group of multi instrumentalists with a mission playing modern trad with a large pop/dance influence meshing strong straight forward percussion beats and dance melodies with trad instruments.
