Wind warning remains in place
A status yellow wind warning remains in place nationwide.
Met Eireann issued the warning last night. It forecast “west to northwest winds will at times reach mean wind speeds of 50-60 km/h with gusts of 90-110 km/h.”
The weather warning is in place until 6pm today.
