Castletown trainer Noel Meade is eagerly looking forward to challenging for the third leg of the £1,000,000 bonus at Cheltenham with Go Native.
Go Native won the Fighting Fifth hurdle at Newcastle and the Christmas Hurdle at Kempton which qualified him as the sole candidate for the bonus on offer from WBX.COM.
"With around six weeks to go until Cheltenham we are just starting to increase his workload ahead of the Champion Hurdle and I'll probably be taking him to Leopardstown for a piece of work," stated Meade.
The trainer won the WBX.COM Fighting Fifth Hurdle in 2007 with Harchibald and was beaten at Kempton in the second leg, Go Native has now rectified that statistic and will bid for the £1,000,000 bonus next month at Cheltenham.
There will be plenty of support from the Royal County as Meade bids to add to his tally of winners at the Festival.
