Watch out for Bashkirov

Only a week after the new Meath jersey was unveiled with a narrow win for the Comer Group, Luke Comer will be hoping for another victory tonight at Dundalk.

Comer sends his Dundalk specialist Bashkirov to run in a race named after Drumree jockey Barry Geraghty.

Bashkirov has won three of his last four starts at Dundalk and will bd for the Barry Geraghty on attheraces.com Handicap tonight.

Comer's charge ran in the 2008 St Leger at Doncaster and the Irish St Leger last year and Timmy Carroll will be on board tonight.
