The Leinster Cross Country Relay Championships took place in Tymon Park, Tallaght, Dublin on Sunday last and three of the four Tullamore Harriers teams returned home with medals, while the other team was pipped on the line for a medal. Bitterly cold weather and heavy underfoot conditions greeted the athletes but that did not deter them. The team led after the second leg before taking the silver medals behind North Laois. The Boys U-12 team were next into action and the team of Conor Mulligan, Niall Flynn and Glen Cunningham passed the baton to the youngest member of the team, Eoin Mulligan, in third place.
