Tullamore's Parents First needs your vote

Tullamore voluntary organisation Parents First is looking for local votes this week in order to win €10,000 from the EBS Community Fund Award. Parents First is one of 23 groups with a chance of winning. Public voting will continue at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/599LMZ8 until March 6, with the group getting the most votes taking the overall prize fund. Parents First is a voluntary group committed to the welfare of families with young children. Volunteers who are parents themselves provide friendship, support and practical help to other families. Through Parents First, families are empowered with increased ability to nurture a positive family life experience. Volunteers offer families with an identified need regular support and practical help in the family home. Families develop the confidence and emotional strength to cope with the demands of partnering and families learn new skills such as home management, budgeting and parenting.
