From the Big Apple to the Bridge House

Independence Day may have taken place on Wednesday but at the Bridge House Hotel the Independence Day American Festival is continuing this weekend until Sunday. In honour of our US counterparts, the Bridge House Bar will host an American-inspired 4th July weekend with fancy dress welcome all weekend as well as great American drinks promotions, you can bet your bottom dollar that it is going to be totally awesome! An action-packed weekend lies ahead, with entertainment that's so good you'll feel like you're living the American Dream. Start the weekend in 80s style with 80s band Vision X taking to the stage on Friday, July 6, for a footloose and fancy free ladies night followed by a Best of MTV 80s disco with Damien McGivern until late. Saturday, July 7, will not only see Trim Bulldog Cheerleaders perform their very best in the Bridge House Bar, there will also be a performance from Point Blank with the best 80s and 90s tunes from 10pm as well as complimentary hot dogs and a 'Rock of Ages' inspired DJ set with Paul Duffy. Finish off the American Festival weekend with The Woodbines performing in the Bridge House Bar on Sunday, July 8, offering good old fashioned southern hospitality For more information, visit www.bridgehouse.com, www.thepalace.ie or call 057 9325600.
