Offaly name team for clash with Laois

Emmet McDonnell has named a new-look Offaly team for this Sunday's Bord na Mona O'Byrne Cup opener against Laois. The midland derby clash will be McDonnell's first competitive match in charge of Offaly. For their part, Laois have been boosted by the recent return of Donie Kingston and Conor Meredith to the county squad. Sunday's game will take place in O'Connor Park, Tullamore (throw-in: 2pm).
