Elderly man killed in offaly crash
An elderly man has been killed in a single vehicle accident in Offaly.
The car accident took place at approximately 9.30am this morning between Taylor's Cross and Banagher, according to Sergeant Paul Cleary of Birr Garda Station.
The car's occupant was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body taken to Tullamore hospital.
