Heartwarming video alert from Scoil Mhuire, Tullamore!

Sunday should have First Holy Communion day for second class in Scoil Mhuire, Tullamore, and a day of celebration.However, due to COVID-19 all religious ceremonies have been postponed.

At the same time, the school used the opportunity to reach out yesterday via this heartwarming video to the girls to let them know they are thinking of them and their big day will happen at a later date.

"The dresses may be hanging up and that the celebrations have been put on hold - but know that you will receive this sacrament as soon as the time is right and we will be there to celebrate this important milestone in your faith with you," the message on the school's Facebook page said.
