Strong winds predicted across region

Met Eireann is advising of unseasonably strong winds from tonight across the country.

The forecaster said it would be unseasonably windy ‪on Saturday night‬ and Sunday, with strong and gusty westerly winds at times.

The advisory note, which is not a warning, applies to all 26 counties from 9pm tonight to 8pm Sunday.
