Recall of batches of some popular babyfood products
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland is advising of a recall notice of some batches of products in popular babyfood ranges.
The authority issued a food alert for information purposes today relating to the recall of certain batches of Cow and Gate and Aptamil Muesli range due to the possible presence of apple stalks.
The products have a country of origin in Austria and are being recalled by Nutricia.
No other batches are implicated. Point-of-sale recall notices will be displayed in stores supplied with the implicated batches.
The recall applies to the Cow & Gate My First Muesli Baby Cereal 10+ months, pack size 330g, best before date of 13/10/21; Aptamil Oats, Raisin and Apple Bircher Muesli 10+months, pack size 275g, best before date of 27/12/21 and Aptamil Multigrain & Fruit Bircher Muesli 10+months, pack size 275g and best before date of 28/12/21
