Edenderry Tidy Towns expresses thanks for support

The committee and members of Edenderry Tidy Towns has expressed its thanks for the support its received from both Rosderra and the Chamber of Commerce in Edenderry for its winter floral arrangements on JKL Street.

Reflecting on 2021, the committee said it was delighted with the improvement of 10 marks improvements in this year's national competition.

It said whilst it still had ground to make up on the national winners it was now, after many years, at least on the same page.

The committee also expressed its satisfaction at projects in the town such as public realm works  in the Square. It also noted the fabulous job being done in bringing the walkways the entire length of Offaly.

The committee said it was also are on the lookout for new members.

It concluded by thanking all sponsors,  staff in Offaly CC, local CE scheme, Jack and all the volunteers who do cleanups in their rural areas and all who support its fundraisers.
