Hollywood actor with Irish connections visits Offaly

Euphoria actor Angus Cloud who's real name is Conor Hickey visited a forest in Offaly yesterday and posted a photo on Instagram tagging the location at Cushina.

He may have stopped for a picnic in the forest as he also posted a snap of a blueberry tonic drink.

Angus also paid a visit to the popular JJ Houghs Singing Pub and was seen donning a JJ Hough's hoody while enjoying a few pints.

Fellow Euphoria star Maud Apatow has also been seen holidaying in Ireland with her mother Leslie Mann and father Judd Apatow.

Angus is from California but most of his family live in Ireland so the Hollywood actor is most likely here to explore his Irish roots.

He previously spoke about his connection to Ireland in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. "I was gonna move to Ireland for a while. All my family lives out there.” Angus continued: "The plan was just to “live out there, be working.”

In the summer of 2018 while Angus was working at a chicken-and-waffles restaurant in Brooklyn he was approached by a woman who worked for a prominent casting agent. As a result, he was cast in the role of Fezco in the popular drama series Euphoria.
