Two warehouses proposed for Ferbane business park

Offaly County Council is currently assessing a planning application for a sizeable warehouse development in Ferbane.

The application by Endrim Construction Services Ltd seeks planning approval to develop two warehouses at Ferbane Business Park spanning some 4,684 square metres.

The application lists two warehouse/storage units, one with a two-storey annex building, comprising offices and staff facilities, and a single story link building to form a loading bay to serve both units.

The warehouses would be served by a total of 53 car parking spaces.

A decision is due by October 25.
