The beneficiaries this year are Tullamore Accessible Counselling and Tullamore Scouts. Mental health is something that affects us all and the purpose of ACT is to provide a community based counselling and psychotherapy service available to all.
Tullamore Scouts are celebrating their 45th birthday this year. They provide an environment of learning to allow the boys and girls to grow in confidence and gain new friends. Cubs are from eight to eleven years of age and the scouts are from eleven years up.
Chairman of FAILE Roger Scally is looking forward to the 2023 run and says it is a great family day out while raising much needed funds for two very worthy causes.
