Chasing Abbey perform on new season of Late Late Show

Tullamore band Chasing Abbey recently performed their new hit song on the first episode of the new Late Late Show with Patrick Kielty.

The dance pop trio took to the stage performing their popular trad dance song 'Oh my Johnny' (Banks of the Roses.) The group of Ro (Ronan Bell), Bee (Jonathan Byrne) and Teddy C (Ted Conway) were the first music act to be introduced by the new presenter of the Late Late Show this season. They shared Mr Kielty's introduction to their performance on social media and said that “t was an honour.”

Chasing Abbey also shared a photo with Mr Kielty, saying: “Thanks so much for having us on the show last night Patrick Kielty, you and your team were incredible. Shout out to everyone for all the love on our performance, it was a really special night for us”

Chasing Abbey will play a sold out show at the Old Warehouse in Tullamore on Thursday, September 28 as part of iRadio's iLoveIrish Live gig series.
