Shark Hanlon to appear at Edenderry Cheltenham preview event

Edenderry Lions Club has a top panel, including trainer Shark Hanlon, lined up for their upcoming Cheltenham Preview event.

The preview evening is set for Larkin's Lounge, Edenderry on Thursday, March 7 at 8pm.

The guest panel includes John (Shark) Hanlon, trainer of the great Hewick, winner of The King George, American Grand National, Galway Plate and America National Hunt Horse of the year.

Shark has had plenty of other wins too, from the Kerry National to the Bet 365 Gold Cup, many Grade 1 races and much, more.

Be sure to come along on March 7 to get the inside information on Hewick for the Cheltenham Gold Cup 2024.

Also attending is Gavin Cromwell, trainer of Flooring Porter, the double Cheltenham Stayers Hurdle winner.

Gavin has many winners at home and abroad in both flat and jump racing. Among his many triumphs are the Welsh Grand National, Cheltenham Champion Hurdle and Grade 1 races and many more.

Leading bookmaker and the man with the odds, Daragh Fitzpatrick, is the final member of the guest panel, and he is sure to be good for a few pointers.

There will be a raffle with fantastic prizes on offer on the night. Tickets are €10 payable on the door.
