PHOTOS: Tullamore Camera Club snap birds of prey in Wicklow

Tullamore Camera Club recently enjoyed a trip to Wicklow, where they spent some time photographing the majestic birds of prey, the Red Kites.

These graceful birds were re-introduced to Wicklow in 2007, having become extinct by the end of the 18th century. The group said it was a privilege to observe these elegant birds.

Afterwards, the members travelled to Glendalough where David Gethings captured the magic of this special location using his drone.

Tullamore Camera Club's exhibition is running in the Bridge Centre for the month of April.

The next meeting takes place on Thursday, April 24, in the Offaly History Centre at 8pm. All are welcome, no experience required.
