Tullamore Show & FBD National Livestock Show launched

Tullamore Show & FBD National Livestock Show launched their 2025 show with a learning day for Young Handlers on Sunday, April 27.

This year's event will take place at the Butterfield Estate on Sunday, August 10.

Representatives from FBD were on hand to launch the show, Tullamore Show chairperson John Keena welcoming everyone to the Young Handlers event.

He thanked all sponsors especially title sponsor FBD for their loyal support expressing his gratitude to Antoinette Daly of GVM Tullamore, for providing the venue.

He thanked all the Executive who generously gave their time in the preparation and setting up of both the event and the launch with a special mention to Show Secretary, Chelsey Cox McDonald for her diligent work.

John hoped that each person would learn the skills necessary for handling stock at our show, complimenting Adam Woods, of the Irish Farmers Journal, for his wealth of knowledge and skills in doing MC for the day.
