Book of condolences opens for Garda Kevin Flatley in Offaly
A book of condolences has been opened in Offaly for those wishing to express their sympathies to the family of Garda Kevin Flatley, who was killed in the line of duty last weekend.
The 49-year-old garda was fatally struck by a motorcycle while carrying out a speed checkpoint in Dublin on Sunday (May 11).
An Garda Siochana Laois/Offaly shared their "deepest sympathies" to the family and friends of their colleague Garda Kevin Flatley 27260D.
Books of Condolences are available in Portlaoise, Tullamore and Birr Garda Stations for any members of the public wishing to pay their respects.
An online book of condolences is also available for those who may not be able to attend a Garda station.
