Ballycumber native Tony Coolahan celebrated his 90th birthday in style on Sunday afternoon last.
Family members and friends gathered at his son Noel's home in Ballinahown where three marquees catered for over 70 guests during the course of the celebrations.
Famed locally for his 'recitations' Tony arrived to his 90th birthday celebrations on an ass and cart, the preferred mode of transport locally at the time of his birth in 1935.
