Dovida National Caregiver Hiring Week coming to Offaly

Dovida, Ireland’s leading home care provider, will host two events in Offaly as part of the company's National Hiring Week.

On Monday, September 1, walk-in interviews will take place at Birr Technology Centre, from 10am-4pm, while on Thursday, September 4, the company will host further walk-in interviews in the Bridge Centre, Tullamore, from 10am-3pm.

As part of a major recruitment drive, the company aims to hire 60 new Caregivers throughout the Midlands region to meet growing need for its services.

Dovida Caregivers provide essential support to ageing adults and people living with disabilities in their own homes. The organisation’s person-centred approach means that its Caregivers build meaningful connections with their clients and empower them to live fuller, more independent lives.

“National Hiring Week is a great way for us to get out and about in the community to connect with people looking to start a rewarding career in home care,” Lorraine McLaughlin, General Manager of Dovida Midlands, said.

“It provides us with an excellent platform to highlight what makes us an employer of choice in the sector and gives potential recruits the chance to meet local Caregivers and support team members to explore whether a career in care is right for them,” she added.
