Edenderry school celebrates "outstanding" Leaving Cert results

There were scenes of joy and celebration at Oaklands Community College in Edenderry on Friday last, as students collected their Leaving Certificate results.

The school said several of its students achieved over 500 points, while many more surpassed their personal goals, opening doors to universities, apprenticeships, and further education opportunities across the country and abroad.

"As students move on to the next chapter in their lives, the school community celebrates not only their results, but also the memories, friendships, and personal growth that marked their time in the school," said Oaklands Community College.

The focus now shifts to this Wednesday, August 27, as students await the first round of CAO offers.
