Showhouse at large new Tullamore estate to be launched in early September

GVM Auctioneers is preparing to launch the first phase of the large new Ridley Place housing development at Collins Lane, Tullamore, with the showhouse set to be unveiled from Saturday, September 6.

The pricing of the homes in the new development has not yet been publicly disclosed.

GVM Auctioneers said the new estate "offers a range of spacious, energy-efficient homes ideal for families, first-time buyers, and downsizers alike."

It added, "With a variety of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes available, inside you will find bright open-plan living areas, high-spec modern kitchens, generous bedrooms, low-maintenance private gardens along with ample off-street parking."

The auctioneers said that there was "limited availability and high demand" for the new homes.
