Coláiste Naomh Cormac kicked off the school year with the 'Cairde' peer support and mentoring programme.

The 'Cairde' peer support and mentoring team, made up of older students, helped First Year students to settle in to secondary school life.

The aim of the programme is to help first years feel supported in Coláiste Naomh Cormac.

The word Cairde is Irish for friends, and this programme reflects that idea of friendship, guidance and community.
