Golfing royalty visit popular Tullamore restaurant
The Old Warehouse Tullamore welcomed golfing royalty this past weekend as Shane Lowry, Tyrrell Hatton and Ryder Cup captain Luke Donald enjoyed dinner at the popular eaterie.
The bar and restaurant, which Lowry part owns with business partner Alan Clancy, hosted the trio as they made a short journey from the K Club where the Clara native and Hatton were playing at the Amgen Irish Open.
Lowry tied for 15th position, while Hatton placed 42nd in the tournament which was won by Rory McIlroy after three play-off holes with Swede Joakim Lagergren.
The duo will now turn their focus to the Ryder Cup at the end of the month where, representing Europe under the watchful eye of Donald, they will be hoping to retain the Ryder Cup in Bethpage Black New York.
