Clara Gun and Game Conservation Club recently made a donation of €1,350 to the Clara defibrillator scheme.
The money was raised in a charity competition between the Clara club and Castle Field Sports from Birr, in memory of Clara club member PJ Rosney who died in April of this year.
The Rosney family requested that monies raised be given to the defibrillator scheme towards the maintenance of local public access defibrillators.
