Former Offaly GAA chairman and RTE hurling analyst, Michael Duignan, will be one of the guest speakers at a special 'Breakfast and Banter' event being held in Tullamore next week to mark International Men's Day.

International Men's Day will be celebrated globally on Wednesday next, November 19, and to mark this milestone, men of all ages from Tullamore and surrounding areas are welcome to come along to the Charleville Centre in the town for a complimentary 'Breakfast and Banter' organised by Offaly Local Development Company (OLDC).

The breakfast gets underway at 11am, and as well as Michael Duignan being a guest speaker, the gathering will also be addressed by Dr. Domhnall McGlacken-Byrne, a Special Registrar in Public Heath Medicine.
