Santa Truck to visit Offaly to raise funds for LauraLynn

The dazzling Santa Truck will make two stops in Offaly this year as it travels around the country to raise vital funds for LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice.

The novel fundraiser, which was launched this week by panto stars, Ryan and Michaela Andrews and their 13-month old son, Rowen, along with Mrs. Claus, will make its first Offaly stop in Edenderry on Wednesday of next week, December 10, from 6.30pm to 8pm.

The second Offaly stop for the beautifully-decorated Santa Truck will be the Bridge Shopping Centre in Tullamore where the truck will be parked from 4.30pm to 6.30pm on Saturday, December 20.

The Santa Truck is a heartwarming initiative that transforms a Judge Haulage truck into a mobile winter wonderland, complete with lights, music, and festive cheer while supporting LauraLynn. Families in both Tullamore and Edenderry are invited to meet Santa, take photos, come on board and enjoy the spectacle with donations collected for LauraLynn. LauraLynn provides specialist palliative care to children from birth to 18 years, offering services such as symptom management, music and play therapy, psychological support, and end-of-life care, all delivered in the hospice, in hospitals, and in family homes across Ireland.
