With January fast approaching, what better way to beat the January 'blues' than by joining Offaly Local Development Company for one of their hugely-popular Sunday Social Walks.

The first event of the new year takes place in the majestic surroundings of Lough Boora Discovery Park on Sunday, January 18 next, with a meeting time of 10.30am for all those participating.

The social walks are suitable for people of all ages and all abilities, and are a great opportunity to dust off the Christmas cobwebs and get out into nature.
