Offaly IFA to hold AGM in Tullamore next week

The annual general meeting of the Irish Farmers Association in Offaly will take place on Monday next, January 26, at 8pm in Tullamore's Bridge House Hotel.

Guest speaker on the night will be the IFA's Director General, Damian McDonald, who will address the meeting on key issues affecting farm businesses, including the nitrate derogation, nature restoration law, Mercosur deal, commodity prices, and market outlook.

Pat Walsh, chair of Offaly IFA, is looking forward to having the Director General address the meeting and is encouraging all local farm families to attend.
